Green Michigan Partners is a political consulting firm focused on the implementation of Proposal 1 and political advocacy on cannabis related issues. Green Michigan Partners was founded by Sam Pernick, who was the organizing director for MI Legalize 2018. MI Legalize was part of the Coalition to Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol that passed Proposal 1 in November of 2018, legalizing cannabis for adult-use in Michigan.

Sam Pernick has worked as the organizing director on two congressional campaigns, including on the successful campaign of Congresswoman Brenda Lawrence in Michigan’s 14th US House District in 2014. He has also worked on successful campaigns for Community College Trustee, City Council, Mayor, and Attorney General.
